Had a horrible experience at this Vet, with the owner himself. Bought a brand new puppy and looked to the vet for expertise. Informed the vet of all our needs and plans. Took our puppy to daycare and the puppy came home with kennel cough. Took the puppy to the vet and the vet charged us $30 to give the puppy Benadryl telling us he had allergies. This didn't work so we called back and they gave the puppy an antibiotic. We blamed the daycare. Come to find out the vet never checked our puppy's records to tell us about the Bordatello shot and why we would need it. This lack of attention came straight from The Owner/Vet Jim Phillips. We could never trust bringing our puppy in for surgery or a serious illness since it was proven that this Vet couldn't even pay attention to the obvious. It took the next daycare for them to inform us of what we were missing. We want nothing but the best for our puppy and this vet couldn't provide it.

We wouldn't take our three dogs to anyone else but Dr. Singleton. They love her and she treats them really well.

The vets here are amazing. They are realistic and shoot you straight with the health care of your pet. They don't guilt trip you into spending more than you can. Dr.Toby gives the best care for emergencies and routine checkups. Prices are reasonable and the office is very clean.

The staff is WONDERFUL. Our Boxer had a mystery downfall and the vets called us and came in after hours just to check on her. The vets went above and beyond what is required. Facility is SUPER nice and clean. Can't say enough good things about SouthSide!
