Called before making the hour long drive there. It was a Sunday, a three day weekend, because of MLK day. I had no cash on hand, just several checks I needed to deposit on Tuesday, and a six month old puppy with bright bloody stools and throwing up every hour. He was dying. Over the phone they promiced to work with us. In fact, before they would do ANYTHING, I had to give them 1009$, all up front. By the time they told. Me this it was 4 hours later, and I couldn't have made it to the next open vet, over two hours away. I moved heaven and earth, got them thirty money and left him there that one night. The next day I picked him up and transferred him to another animal hospital. Although they knew I was coming, I found him in a sopping wet cage, full of urine and vomit, and he was also sopping wet and shivering with cold. THESE FOLKS DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, ONLY ABOUT MONEY, AND THEIR LEVEL OF CARE IS BELOW STANDARD! DON'T TRUST THEM.
