YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! My sister took her 2 dogs in for teeth cleanings and 1 week later both dogs had a severe case of kennel cough. My dogs caught it from hers, and another customer said his dog got infected as well. The office manager and the nurses all said it wasnt from them and said we could PAY to have the dogs checked out and given medicine. The office manager said there was no way for us to confirm the dogs got sick from their facility. My dogs have only been at home or by my sister, so how could they have gotten kennel cough if it wasnt from Parkland? They also told my sister if one of the dogs needed a tooth pulled it would be $3, they charged $20 and told her she must have heard them wrong. Everything they do and use seems unclean and all about the money. I will never go back there again!

The doctors are great – All of them, and the Vet Techs! We’ve used them for over 3 years now, but the staff (front desk) is terrible! (The office manager) She is rude, degrading, inconsiderate, pushy & if you have a question/problem...they (she) will not help, nor does she even care. My neighbor didn't believe me until it happened to him too...I hope the Dr's wake up and see that the office help will run people off because of her sour attitude. It’s too bad that you have to go through the office personnel to get to the Dr’s, because of the office situation, we take our business elsewhere…
