First visit = I walked out! Not inviting at all. Waiting room dirty, smelled awful. Staff ignored me when I approached the front desk. No greeting. Just a blank stare. Staff unorganized and non-responsive to questions. BAD FEELING in there. No parking for customers. Too many staff doing nothing. Sitting at front desk staring into space. Young boy playing on clinic's computer - oh well the staff wasn't working, either. Staff is allowed to smoke at entrance door. FILTHY & SMELLY & DIRTY! RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM SHELDON ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!!

Great personal and caring vet and staff. One doctor and a few techs make it feel comfy!
