I've seen several strays turned in at Cummings Hospital, where they were altered free of charge and held until a suitable home was found. Although the prices are a bit higher than other clinics in the area, the medicine is top notch, and the care is superb. The doctors follow up with their cases after their patients have gone home, and go out of their way to answer any questions.

They are very caring for the animals that they treat. The one thing we did not like about the hospital is that they refuse to treat stray animals. We had found a wounded cat, who we wanted to have helped and this office refused to help this animal. We found that Wright Animal Hospital was willing to care for the cat until it was well enough to go to a shelter without charge!
