Facility looks quite ritzy. Ridiculous pricing, and vets often attempt to add unnecessary testing, supplies, procedures, etc. While initially suspicious, we just dealt with it as the office is only blocks from out home. We decided enough was enough when our dachshund went in due to limping on one leg. Vet wanted to x-ray both left and right leg. When I asked why she needed to x-ray both legs, she said it was necessary "for comparison". Huh? Also, they have a bizarre "modernized" surgical room where one of the walls is all glass, and procedures are entirely viewable from the lobby. Your pets are on display as part of the decor. Creepy. Finally, it's nice that there is "complimentary" tea, but you are certainly paying for it. I've since been to other clinics where the front office and medical staff alike were much warmer and genuinely concerned about animals. This place will attempt to "supersize" most every aspect of your visit, tacking on unnecessary charges left and right.
