Have had several pets see the vets here. Very compassionate, but not very creative or holistic. Dr. James doesn't treat his staff very well...

This vet is DANGEROUS!!! He not only failed to diagnose diabedes in my grandmother's dog for over a year, but failed to explain proper diet to her after I insisted on a glucose test. I had to explain it all, and teach her how to give insulin shots. This was an 18 lb. Silky Terrier! He was never even put on a diet, let alone given medical tests. When I took the dog to a different vet, Dr. James refused to release the records for 2 weeks. I have a diabetic dog, and I work with animals myself. I know what he should have done, and he didn't do any of it. Stay away from Dr. James!!! I will be filing a complaint with the state licencing board.
