I have brought my pets to Riverview for the past five years and my pets have never been treated better. One of my cats has chronic dental issues and the staff couldn't be sweeter with her. It took a year for us to find a vet clinic that we trusted to care for our pets as much as we do, and to take the time day or night to help us. I am so thankful that there is a clinic that still cares about the level of service and treatment they provide. I have seen all four of the doctors at one time or another, and they and their staff are truly the best in the four corners.

Even though it was their week to be the oncall vet service for Durango, their vet said she would not see our dog who was having continuous seizures. The reason: we had left their practice for another (for which they were on call!). After 3 hours and trying to find another vet on the holiday weekend night, our dog died, possibly from a reversible condition, and without any diagnosis, treatment or comfort care. Heartless people.
