My 11 month old pup, Lexi, got into a bottle of prescription medication accidentally left on the counter. We promptly took her to the vet and given the urgency of the situation were immediately taken back and seen by a vet technician and Lexi's usual doctor, Dr. Justin Milizio. It became apparent that this was a life or death situation. Plain and simple Dr. Justin and the staff at HFPH are the reason why Lexi is sitting by my side as I write this review. This was a scary, intense, and stressful situation for not only my pup, but also for me as I faced the reality that Lexi very well could die. Dr. Justin and his team showed an incredible balance of professionalism and sensitivity when dealing with me about Lexi's situation and the course of action required.
If you are looking for a veterinary hospital for your pet(s), I would highly recommend Hampden Family Pet Hospital. You and your pet(s) can rest assured knowing you are in knowledgable, trustworthy, and compassionate hands!

Knowledgeable and supportive staff, the facility is very clean and roomy

Most of the veterinarians on staff are exceptional. Some are better with cats, some with dogs. There are surgical, cancer and acupuncture specialists on staff. My favorite is Dr Abbey.
