The vet at Redstone advised dental surgery for my beloved elderly cat. She was never able to recover from this surgery and could not even retain her body heat. After a month of being an invalid, she died. I was later told by another vet, who had also seen her, that surgery was not appropriate for a cat of her age and condition, and that she would likely have seen better quality of life through a different therapy such as palliative care.The Redstone vet also euthanized one of my kittens using the "heart stick" method. I will always remember this experience with great sorrow and horror.I do not recommend this facility.
