Have taken my pets here for years. The doctors are caring and thorough, and the staff makes you feel like a friend they are happy to see! They are often running behind, but when you need them they are there.

I have nothing but good to say about this clinic! Dr Lomond and Dr Searle are very caring amazing vets! They listen to what you have to say and do what's best for your pet. It may take a while to get in for an appointment *but let's face it we have all waited in a Dr office as well* but any one that has waited sees how busy they are and how many people come out happy! I would rather wait an hour there and know they are giving each and every pet the attention they deserve than go somewhere else and be seen for 5 minutes and not get the care my pets deserve. Of all the places I have been I cannot recommended this place enough! Amazing job ladies

We are not very pleased with the service at this clinic because their prices are high and inconsistent, the doctor is very condescending when we ask questions about our doggy’s health and we got the impression that the doctor didn’t really care about our dog’s well-being. Because days after our last visit with the doctor for a particular health concern, our dog was still experiencing problems and the doctor would only see him if we paid an additional fee.

The best vet clinic in the lower mainland! Dr. Lomond and Dr. Searle are wonderful caring vets. Jenn, Val and Gwen always do their best to get my doggie in even when its busy. Can't say enough good things about this vet clinic!!

Brought my cat in because he was attacked by raccoon.He was in there 3 days & I had to go to forcefeed him even though they have a lot of staff doing nothing but joking around.Found out there was nobody there after hrs.Was told to take my cat home as she was going away.I brought him home & forcefed him food & water.He had a dislocated Sternum so he was on pain killers.He lasted 2 days..found him half in the litterbox dead.If they had told me before about nobody being there at night to look after him I would have gladly agree to send him to the emergency clinic that can give him care he needed.I was shocked that he had no IV for fluilds which he needed badly.I find that they are so expensive & will do needless tests because it's money to them. I have found a wonderful Vet who has all the things you want..like night time care,no needless testing,Very caring staff & very affordable so you can keep your pets in good health & not ripped off like this vet does!I was a client since it opened.

What a wonderful caring staff. This has to be one of the nicest experiences my dogs have ever had at a Vet's office. All 3 of my dogs were very relaxed during their visit, all due to the way in which the office staff and Vet handled them. Services include: Preventative Health Care, Bathing, Behavioral Counseling, Dental Care, Laboratory Tests and Diagnostics, Nutritional Counseling, Pharmacy, Physical Exams, Radiology, Anesthetics and Surgery, Dermatology, Vaccinations, Pet Insurance, and more!
