Takes hours(or never)to call back. Over charges. Doesnt call if pet is sick. Puts pet on medication without permisson when boarded. Appointment times are terrible. My dog was really sick and even though they helped some, they wouldn't call us back when we were going to put her down. The secretary kept putting us on hold because the vet was "in with a patient". That would happen everytime we'd call and then they never answer the phone past 5.
