Let me start off by saying I will never go back to Annie’s Animal Clinic. Their staff is very rude and unprofessional, including their doctors. I was told several times that I could pick up a prescription so I can order medication through another company (online pet prescription that charges less). When I arrived, I was told that I had to bring in my dog and pay $50.00 for another checkup. My dog was just seen 6 months prior where I had to pay a $50 charge at that checkup. I refused and needless to say, they never released this prescription.
I expressed my feelings and told them I will not be returning and all they did was shrug. It seems they have too many customers to worry about customer service. Annie’s Animal Clinic is over priced and is only concerned about money and not the well being of your loving pet.
