Very expensive for the area. I called when my cat was having a seizure, girl said she would call prescription into Costco, Costco would then call me when ready. 6pm still no call, so I called Costco, come to find out girl never called Costco. Next day I called to talk with Dr, she wouldn’t even come to the phone! Then trying to blame Costco. Too many good vets out there, my money ..ON TO THE NEXT!

I agree with the other posting. This vet is extremely high and tends to add extras without informing you. I had my cat spayed there and she ended up with a cyst which cost me more to address. There equipment is very outdated. They use stiches instead of glue and invasive surgery rather than lazer. Time to get a new vet.

The vets at Southlake Animal Hospital over exaggerated the diagnoses for my dog and cat on several occasions which cost me a lot of money. I felt that they preyed on my love for my pets by recommending unnecessary and outdated procedures. Also, their prices are exhorbantly high compared to other local vets. They need to bring their facility into the new century with more modern equipment.

All of the staff was very friendly. I called a handfull of times when my dog was spayed. Never once did the sound annoyed with me. They are genuinely concerned for the well-being of animals.
