Please do NOT take your pet here if you have any choice!!
We took my sweet cat Russell here one night because he had swallowed a piece of ribbon. The doctor decided to operate immediately, and 2 hrs later we received the worst call of my life that my angel was dead during pre-op from an anasthesia reaction. He seemed upset on the phone and possibly drunk, and could not even explain why this had happened. Later they tried to cover up the circumstances, overcharge us, and were rude to my vet when she called looking for answers! Then they provided a chicken scratch joke of a medical report. We then did research and saw that Aloma Jancy has an 'F' rating from the BBB. Dr. Murray has also had his license revoked in the past for drug abuse. I am filing a formal complaint to the state board and BBB! I wish I had called another emergency vet, my pet would probably still be alive! My normal vet was horrified at Aloma Jancy's practices and so am I!

I have been going to this vet since it was a tiny shack like place. I have finally had enough. There was a point where Murry, although kookie was on top of his game. I know he has misdiagnose and seems apprehensive to use diagnostic testing or equipment to identify issues. The practice seems to take the broadsword approach and just swing enough and you will solve some of them. Most lately I have waited two hours before someone asked my name and then found they could not find my file (I had an appt), I am persistently told one thing to find that none of the staff are aware of it. I have called to validate they had the medication my dog needed to arrive, sit two hours, and learn that they did not 12 hours later. There is only so much I can lead this office to water and I bid them farewell. There was a point where they were cheap. . .this is no more. From my experience of 10 years with this practice. . .avoid going their until they get their act together.

Worst staff! Completely rude and I heard some vulgarities come from the back room. The place seems like a dump and nothing appears to be clean. Avoid this place!!!

We have taken all of our animals to Dr Murray, including my brothers pit, who had gotten into a fight with our other pit. Dr Murray took wonderful care of our Heidi, she had to stay overnight but came home the next day feeling 200% better, this bill was 485.00, very resonable. I have been there with a friend whose dog was ill and would not eat and have seen Dr Murray get on his hands and knees pretending to eat the dog food to get the dog to eat. Dr Murray has done surgery on my friends Pug, which are difficult to put down, as we have lost a pug during surgery last time. Our baby Daisey came out wonderful, she is happy and healthy. The only bad thing I can say is we had one bad experience with a staff member but she is not there anymore and once we had to wait a couple of hours to see the vet but he had several emergencies come in and my situation which was upsetting to me since my baby was hurt was minor. A dog had come in that had been hit by a car who needed surgery. Thxs DR M

I first heard of this vet from my friend who takes all 3 of her dogs there and spoke nothing but good about him. I needed to get my little girl spayed and update her shots. I was reluctant to do so after I read the reviews but decided on it anyway hoping my best friend was right. I knew what the facility looked like before the "make-over" and was absolutely surprised to see it now. It was so beautiful! However, I was most worried about the staff and how they would treat Pixie. I have to say that they were a delight to deal with. I called last minute and they still put me on the schedule. After I dropped her off I drove them crazy by calling every hour to check on her and they didn't mind at all! They told me she was good and she was already up right after surgery! I picked her up the same day and they decribed everything they had done to her and also what medicine was needed for her. I really appreciate their kindness and attentiveness to Pixie and myself. I recommend them to everyone!

I have been to many area vets. For what Dr Murry lacks in social skills he makes up for as a very tallented vet. They will see any animal, is a 24 hr vet. Does things like give you the harmless 5 dollar dewormer but omits the 25 dollar test for worms. He was the only vet in the area that I feel has accurately diagnosed my dog's gimpiness, despite many's attempts by other vets. I have been there on many occasions where there wan a vet emergency and my 10:00 appointment became midnight very quickly. They just built a new facility that makes it much more attractive for newcomers. I would reccomed this vet to anyone with any pet.
