Honestly the facilities are not bad but the service there is terrible. They misdiagnosed my dog to have stones when he actually had an error in his metabolism that forms crystals that mimic stones. I understand that as an honest misunderstanding but the doctor never took much time with my dog I saw her for no longer than 10 minutes on 3 occaisions I took my dog there. It really gave me the feeling they did not care. He went a second time because he was not peeing and they gave us soem special food and said come back in a week. What scares me is that when i took him for a 2nd opinion and that Dr. told me his bladder was full and he was trouble. If I waited that whole week what could have happend? I WOULD NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE. Maybe if you have been going ther e for awhile but not new pets. They can't seem to handle the growing population of the area.
