Dr. Hester seems caring, personable and knowledgable. But they do not wipe down their tables before or after examining a pet. I saw this myself. I think entire staff needs a good review and further training on sanitation procedures. I have no doubt as to Dr. Hesters abilities but unfortunately I gave facilities a bad rating because of the lack of wiping down. I gave staff a one because no one cleaned. My young cat picked up a virus there when she had a routine checkup. I had to take her to another vet and that vet confirmed this.
