This business has taken care of my four cats when needed. My last visit on 8/2016 My oldest cat was misdiagnosed with only needing a teeth cleaning but ended up having mouth cancer which if Dr Schelen acted on what he seen my cat could've been still with us. She suffered greatly and we were treated awful. Also, were charged for dental x-rays $150 and they can't even take any which is fraud. When complained after going to an ER Vet and found out she had cancer after an x-Ray we were devastated. We lost over two months time of waiting and treatment trusting DR. Called Northwest and Dr Schelen and wanted our money back. The owner of facility just sent a claim over to his medical malpractice insurance. Since then still waiting to see if they settle. Please do not take your pets there and always double check your veterinarian, bills and if you feel something is wrong get a second opinion. Fight for your pet for the law only considers them property.

It is refreshing to take my cats to a clinic that is more concerned about the welfare of the animal rather than how much could be added to the final bill. I have always been treated like a king by Dr. Rudawsky and his staff. I have adopted many of my cats from him and have been satisfied. His prices are very reasonable in comparison with most other clinics. Everyone whom I have recommended to Northwest has been very satisfied and cannot believe how nice everyone is.
