Village Square has a very pleasant front desk staff and after seeing how overcharged I was some techs offered me cheap over the counter solutions which I appreciated. When I needed them while my dog was gravely ill they refused to help, would not give me an appointment for a week and referred me to an over priced emergency clinic when they were open and could have helped me. Thankfully I found a better Vet's office and my dog was saved though he was very close to death by the time I found them. Village Square vaccinated one of my dogs, and when he had an allergic reaction to the vaccines and I brought him back in the next day they charged me another office visit in order ot weigh him even though he had a check up the day before! Ridiculous!
