I've always taken my pets to Dr. Barrios and the groomer and had slight issues in the past (small cuts from the groomer, epensive charges from the Dr. for minor check-ups), but after the last time I will never go again. The aid carried my dog out as I paid, I took her and left. When I got her out of the car I noticed blood all over the seat. She was cut during grooming and had a huge gash on her leg. Why would they send her home and not treat it when there's a vet in office? Why carry her out except to hide the injury from me? When I called the next morning upset I was basically told 'sorry, didn't mean to' and was rushed off the phone. My dog was over 15 years old and should have never been treated that way. She has passed and i nopw have a new puppy, but we wont be going back. Dr. Berrios was efficient at his job, but general decit, even from the groomer, is still decit.

Dr. Barrios spent two seconds in the office call with my cat. He barely laid a hand on it and then dared to charge for a full "comprehensive exam". His blond manager has a very loud, foul mouth and the walls there are thin. I will never go back.
