apparently back in january a payment for my bill bounced and I was unaware of the situation until the POLICE were knocking on my parents door! i wanted to resolve the issue as soon as I physically could and called this "vet" immediately. I was answered by the rudest most down right discourteous woman I have ever spoken words with. she was asking how my other "bills get paid" as if it was any of her business!!!! I called wanting to fix a problem with the willing ness to cooperate and she was....dare i say.....the C-word. so please if youre looking for a vet for your pet i suggest going to norwich or new london.....hell id drive to providence before i ever went back to this vet!!!! over priced and rude as hell. spend your time and money wisely and dont spend it here!!!
