	8/19/09	5	5	5	4	The staff & Doctors are always super friendly and very responsive. I have been taking my pets there for many years now. When a serious situation arose with one of my cats, they were upfront in suggesting I seek specialized treatments with another facility since they were not equipped to handle it. I am happy to say I followed their advice and my cat recovered. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
