Click to report rating    10/18/22   2     1     2     1   We lost our puppy due to lack of professional knowledge, business integrity of this clinic. Treatment was not appropriate misdiagnosed or neglected for 5 months before all available options with numerous antibiotics have been exhausted while wide spread cancer was manifesting. When it became soo obvious we were offered to visit specialist which was available 7 week later. But even when we were offered it was too late to pursue any kind of treatment. After my negative review I got feedback from this clinic stated that we declined consultation which is not true.specialist offered full xray and ultrasound after full panel of blood work which was not bad except white cells elevation. But by puppy skin appearance it's not difficult to tell the was advanced cancer.his skin under back legs was pure raw meat. SECOND opinion just confirmed cancer. Unfortunately, biopsy was not performed initially, only scatchy scrap test with vague pathology description was performed 3 months later RID: 70479
Click to report rating    8/2/18   3     2     3     1   We just had a chance to review our pet's medical records. Folks, this guy put all kinds of lies, false characterizations and inappropriate material about my wife and I in his chart. For example, a few years ago, my wife called to ask why a new heartworm test was given despite our pet having had one a few months earlier. Now my wife is the most lovely and well liked people I know. Doesn't matter to "Dr. Mags," he wrote in our pet's chart that my wife was "irate." - What in the world is this in an animal's chart for? "Dr. Mags put other notes in there - like his own email back to us when we completed his survey in which we noted his prices were quite high when compared to other vets. Why in the world is his own email to us in our pet's folder? Be careful of this guy. He apparently feels the need to be defensive and keep a transcript of his opinions and he's not above lying to protect himself from complaints. He must have a long run of unhappy customers.
