Went for reproductive services. They charged double what most clinics charge for progesterone. They took 7 tests for it! SEVEN! Then vet said just do TCI because that’s what she does. According to progesterone she should have been inseminated on Sunday but Sunday is her day off so she lied and said Monday was good. Well, it wasn’t. Only two pups. My girl had her X-ray early because the doctor had a vacation to go to. She was supposed to call me and discuss the X-ray but that didn’t happen. She left no contact for me if there was a problem, which there now is. I had to go to an emergency vet (not cheap) on a Saturday because no one would see my dog, and the princess repro vet didn’t give me any support. She took my money, though. They made sure that happened. Also the X-rays were total crap.DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC IS IS A RIPOFF.

My dog had cysts on her tail which needed removing. They opted for a partial tail amputation. The tail got infected and they prescribed different meds. Tail kept getting worse until they finally suggested a full tail amputation. This is when I realized the only reason they originally suggested a partial tail amputation was because they couldn't perform a full tail amputation. My dog ended up having to stay 4 nights at a different facility costing us an extra $4K. When her tail got infected they said different oral meds. She ended up needing IV antibiotics. They told me to put cold on her tail. The place that healed her said heat. They said she needed an emergency full tail amputation, the place that healed her said that would put her at too great a risk of spreading the infection. Every step of the way they messed up until my dog almost died.

The vet waited until after racking up a bill of office visits and vaccines and scheduling a follow up visit to have her assistant call to tell me she "would not" prescribe the travel sedative which I had specifically requested at the beginning of the visit. But she still wanted to book my cat for a $300 dental cleaning. No thanks, I'll find a vet that can provide honest customer service and more reasonable prices.
