Very stingy policy with meds. Overpriced meds! Rude and uncaring staff! Go elsewhere of you have a bird!!

So far, so good. I left my last vet after 20 years because it had become like a huge factory. This place is much more personal- the vet and I have great conversations about medicine, pet care, etc. They are also the only "real" exotics vets anywhere near where I live. Unless something goes terribly wrong in the next few years, I would highly recommend them. Also, ALL vet care is expensive- especially the meds! Comes with being a pet owner, you have to budget in for this and for unforseen situations!

Horrible place. The doctor took an hour to put my dog to sleep because she could not find a vein! Also very expensive. Think twice about going here.

I take my beloved cat here and they take excellent care of him. They also saw my bird when she fell ill and they brought her back to good health. The doctor had horrible eye contact but is a very nice guy who cares about your pet!

The staff at this animal hospital is the best I have ever met. They clearly care about your pet as if it was their own. The facility is clean and does not smell of animals. There is a wonderful cat named Mable and several cute birds to greet you when you arrive. The doctor was very attentive to the needs of my pet and was sensitive to my concerns. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Spent lots of money at this Vet but when they made a mistake it cost me the care of my animal. Money is more important than the care of your animal. Refused to care for my animal because of a mistake THEY made on my bill! Makes you wonder when money is more important than the life of a pet! Think twice about going here!!!
