Click to report rating    1/26/18   5     5     5     5   Dr. Ashbran has been Cowboy and Chester's vet for 14 years now and we just love him. He has accurately diagnosed every problem they had and at one time, I thought I would have to put one of my dogs down because of his bleeding skin problems and Dr. Ashbran figured it out and my little dog Cowboy thrived and came back to his nasty little self. He has been a god send. These are the best vets ever. RID: 65463
Click to report rating    1/27/11   1     3     3     1   WORST animal hospital a person could choose They pretend to listen to your concerns but once your out of the room, they treat your pet like a car coming in for new tires ie. Get em in – find any way to charge extra – then get em out. Regarding the people writing positive reviews here; i think they would have had the same level of care or better if they had gone to any other veterinarian I have seen, they also would not have been massively overcharged. It does not matter if the staff acts nice, our pets don’t need “nice” staff, they need professional health care. A nice receptionist is worthless to your pets’ health. Since they would not let me stay with Max, and since Max is now blind and timid,I gave NHAH a very simple instruction regarding sedatives BEFORE any exam. Instead they performed multiple exams on Max and they FORGOT TO SEDATE HIM. .To think that the people I paid to care for my dog, the essence of innocence, in fact tortured my dog through gross negligence. Click to report rating    8/22/09   5     5     5     5   I've been using these vets. for over 16 yrs. (9 cats & 5 dogs). You'll not find a better place to take your pet. They just built a new state of the art hospital with all the latest technology available. This is where I'd want to go if I were an animal in need! Trust me. I've spent enough $ there, they should name a wing after me :) RID: 13954
Click to report rating    8/10/07   5     5     5     4   This clinic is the best! They greet their clients by name and are friendly, clearly love the pets that are their clients. We switched to Dr. Tom Austin from another Orange County vet after 3 separate people recommended him. The clinic is bright and clean (and now new!), the staff is great and treats the animals well, and the clinic even has liver treats for the dogs! RID: 5561
