I picked up the cat on behalf of my girlfriend and you can see the pictures for what we discovered once I brought her home. She has cut wounds all over her body, severe razor burn and a half-assed patchwork job of a haircut. Half of her whiskers on one side were even buzzed off. The "groomer" Jenny BUTCHERED our baby.
When I came to receive our cat, no mention of these wounds or this terrible job were brought to my attention. We had to call to finally be told to "leave it (her wounds) alone for a few days" and that we were charged $160 for this service due to needing "2 people to hold her down". I was not aware of the price discrepancy from the past visits. It has always been $60 not counting the last time you needed "two people to hold her down" where the price was increased to $70. Charging us double for this job is disgusting. We had to schedule our baby to be euthanized this Friday and this is a traumatic way to spend the last few days of her life with her.

These individuals who work at the Snowflake Pet Center in Milford, Connecticut are very unprofessional and ignorant as the way they have treated a friend of mine Sue and her beloved feathered baby Doc who they were boarding and up and supposedly lost him . How do you lost a pet ? How irresponsible and stupid can one be . This place employees a bunch of bold face lyers . Stay away from here and don't trust them with your pets or you will probably never see them again . They willnt talk to Sue and they hang up on her and willnt tell her what they honestly did with Doc . He couldn't fly away as he cant fly from a previous injury along time ago and Doc requires medication daily . This place needs to be closed down .
