I do not recommend this vet. One of our animals almost died under his care and he incorrectly diagnosed another. We decided it was time to move on.

Fantastic vet. I too have had trouble with the office staff on occasion. Well, just one member of the office staff really. The others are great. Though he is a tiny bit pricier than the other vets in WR, he is ALWAYS on time for his appointments, without fail. The fact that his personal cell phone is on the business answering machine so that you can contact him in case of an emergency shows his dedication. We have had to use him in an emergency and he actually beat us there! If he ever moved away or stopped practicing, we would have a really hard time finding someone as caring and dedicated as Dr. Henke.

Dr. Henke is a great vet. He gives you individual attention and does not rush through the visit. His office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Most of them are stuck up old women whose attitudes need to be adjusted. They have pissed me off to the point of wanting to find a different vet. He is a bit pricey compared to other vets in the are, but his facilities are very clean and are high tech.
