I cant say enough bad things about this office! I drove 2 hours to get there, such a huge disappointment. I walk in and stand @ the counter and none of the 4 receptionist behind the counter( close enough to touch me) would even make eye contact with me. Thet saw me but were to busy eating and talking to each other. After waiting a full minute, I found a form on the end of counter & filled it out and brought it back up there, still nothing from any of them. The vet was 30 mins late, which is no big deal, however since she was running late ( and she even said "I have to get going I am running so late"she totally rushed thru our visit. It was a complicated case, and she didnt even take the time to listen to the story. She had 2 "helpers" in the room with her, that were so busy pumping my dog full of unknow drops & ointment,are heads were spinning. i found Dr. Neaderland very rude. I would say we were in there at the most 10 mins. The bill was $230. Just dont go to them, you have choices!
