I sat in the waiting area for 1/2 hour after my appointment time and then when I inquired about my apt time I was informed they were running behind. I was there for 2 hours with the vet and at one point they took my animal in the back and had him for 20 minutes. What were they doing? Then they gave me a treatment plan and wanted me to give my animal meds without a diagnoses. I had to call the next day for lab results and they still tried to push meds that were not needed and perform more expensive tests. Still not sure what is wrong with my animal but will not go there again. One lady at the desk was so unprofessional yelling and making comments about clients on hold on the phone. Loved the vet tech but not enough to go back. It smelled in the exam room and there was hair all over the floor in the waiting area.
