Having had numerous pets over our lifespan, we sincerely regret having chosen this office to care for our pet. After numerous phone calls of concern, the office did not seemed concerned at all.We did EVERYTHING this office told us to do which wasn't much. Our pet died after 10 days. They prescribed no medicine, took no blood tests, nothing. They even had her in their possession for a few days and did nothing to treat her. This office is extremely careless and unprofessional in their care. They told my wife and I that in hindsight they would have done more which is appalling.
When my wife called to try to understand why this happened when we followed everything they said and why they couldn't have done more, she was yelled at. IN fact, one woman, NIcole even yelled at her upset that she paid $0 for the autopsy after having mistakenly told her it was included in all the costs of the treatment.....while my wife was mourning at that.
