This is a corporation...All they care about is the money. I brought an 18 yr old cat there last oct. He stayed the night on fluid, they said they could help him..Charged me $1250.00..He died at home 3 days later. Luckily I have care credit card. I had to beg to let me pay it off in year instead of 6 months (since I am unemployed. 4 years ago I found a kitten roaming the streets of Bpt, ct. It became toxic one night and I took it there. They originally charged me $2500 but since the kitten died 5 hours later, I believe they took off $500......I hate when my animals get really sick after hrs. or on weekends and I get stuck going there. They make you wait forever for no apparent reason. Shame on them.

I have been here twice, I should of learned my lesson the first time. I brought our cat and after test and diagnosis it cost close to 3 grand. The cat is still with us and has had no other issues. I was crushed recently and had a new puppy who was coughing. But other then that fine they offered to keep him to the tune of 2300 i said no they went to 1800 I said no they offered bargain basement assistance at 286.00. Since the store i got the puppy from reimbursed the 286 sent me to their vet who saw the pup made a diagnosis offered medication and have followed up repeatedly. Shoreline you should avoid at all cost and do not fall for their credit application offers. From my heart this place should be shut down. Very unethical group. Yes there are people who are happy believing this place saved their animal in all honesty a reputable vet could do the same at a fraction of the cost. Think twice before considering this place Please!

Staff is rude or indifferent. Facilities are fine, but I have waited frequently (with no idea of status or when I will be seen). Do not like this clinic
