	10/13/07	1	4	3	1	I experienced the exact same problem as the first rating. I had to argue to get my cats records. They wouldn't give me a copy of her blood work, I had to pay $1.00 per page for the entire file. They refused to give me or even sign out the xray I paid over $100.00 for. The office manager was nasty. The doctor seemed to be too busy to bother with my cats problem. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR PET!
