This animal hospital has an excellent staff and two wonderful doctors. Both Dr. Cintron and Dr. Carmona provide excellent care for my three dogs. They are approachable and never hesitate to fully communicate with the owners of the pets. Not only are they excellent animal care providers, but they are excellent when dealing with humans as well. To me, how kindly they deal with me is an important as the care they offer my pets. Both my husband and I recommend this office to all of our neighbors, and many have joined the ranks of SATISFIED new clients.

I experienced the exact same problem as the first rating. I had to argue to get my cats records. They wouldn't give me a copy of her blood work, I had to pay $1.00 per page for the entire file. They refused to give me or even sign out the xray I paid over $100.00 for. The office manager was nasty. The doctor seemed to be too busy to bother with my cats problem. STAY AWAY IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR PET!

This animal hospital does not exactly have a friendly atmosphere, the staff tend to be unhelpful and at times rude to human customers,especially if you ask for copies of lab work. In my experience I was actually treated in a very unind manner by the office manager. However they do seem to be animal oriented.
