When my cat was bit by a bee, they said,"AHMMMM,we don't have anything~, sorry~". Ended up we calling around and went to Rotterdam vet hospital where they were very nice and immediately took care of my cat. Also when we called around, ALL of other places was willing to take my cat for emergency, but we were told to choose somewhere close by to get fast care.
