Practice has had changes in the vets and service has declined. The front desk is consistently rude and they pressure you to have more appointments/meds/supplements than maybe neccessary. When I had an emergency with my pet (which resulted in her death) the front desk was unwilling to see her on an emergency basis and offered no assistance or advice. Beyond that, they seemed unconcerned and never followed up.
