Nice facility. They managed to lose two carriers in consecutive boarding of our cats. Packed up one cat to go home 6 days in advance-we had to call and ask where he was before they realized what they did. Put the two cats together that we specifically asked REPEATEDLY not be boarded together. We paid for two 3 room condos and they put 3 cats in the "kitty suite" which was not only wrong but is not as advertised. Vets are great. Timeliness in seeing them is sometimes an issue - can have long waits. The check out process is painful. Looking for a new place now.
