I called before I came because my chihuahua was attacked by a bigger dog. I asked do you take emergency? The lady asked are you a client? I said no, I have a emergency and your the closest vet hospital.
Then she said yes and hung up. I thought um ok that's weird and against my gut I decided to go there anyways. There was a man with a cat sitting on the bench and a woman checking out with a puppy. I rushed in and said I'm here take her I called just a few minutes ago!! The lady said you will have to fill out some information, I said what! The man with the cat said, that dog has a pretty bad wound on its neck!!My dogs neck has been ripped open! I said really are you serious! She said you will have to wait your turn! I said what!! I said no way FU! The old lady's looked and me and one said **** you too! I went to our original vet and was told we were the second person to not receive emergency care from this office that day! Horrible people who don't care! No concern about saving my dog
