I find the female vets here are more thorough than the males, including the owner, Dr. Butzer. And I'm a bit put off with their touting this as a pet "resort", where they not only board dogs and cats, like other vets do, but also include doggie day care, grooming and training. I would rather they stick to their core business and focus on giving outstanding medical care, which is hit or miss, depending on the vet. And why don't they have AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) accreditation??

Dr. Butzer is the worst vet I have ever been to. He charges outrageous prices compared to everyone else. He charges you based on time you are there, unheard of. He takes his time and goes in and out of the office. I was not impressed at all and would recommend taking him anywhere but there.
