I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a staff member Juliana. Bill had contacted my company to inquire about our pet alert decals an he was wonderful. They wanted their logo on them but we do not offer that, however, because they want to give them to their customers instead of sell them I gave the the nonprofit price. I founded a nonprofit for animals in 1998 and created the decals to use for fundraising 11 years ago and our organization is funded solely on the decal business. we are in Petsmart etc, etc.....I called back to offer one last special for the dr. as we need donations for our cats and Juliana was extremely rude... anyway, they could care less and would rather give a cheezy decal with their logo instead of a quality pack of 2 endorsed by the fire departments as we work closely with the red cross and have donated thousands and thousands of decals to other animal rescue orgs of the years and fire departments but all they care about is their logo. Moved to area and was recommended by my sister. Initial visit very satisfied and we joined their pet plan which discounts all visits and injections. This last week my dog became ill and started vomiting and then suddenly hemorrhaging I called them and rushed her in. They immediately set to work and stabilized her for admittance to their ER referral in Fort Lauderdale. I can't say enough about their kindness and knowledge and experience. They saved my dogs life with their speediness. Highly recommended.
