I was referred to this vet after my 11 year old cocker was having some breathing problems. I went in as an emergency. I was not impressed the facility was very dirty and they staff was not very nice. He was diagnosed with an enlarged heart. 2 years later he is still on the same meds with them. He had some blood work done 8 months ago. I called to have his dietary refilled. Was completly out and he cant take his other meds without this one. This med reduces the fluid on his heart. They would not refill till I had new blood work done. I did not have the $80 for new blood work and he $60 for the office visit. They still would not fill it or give me enough to get through till pay day. So they let my dog suffer. We know whats wrong with him and all the other vets do blood work once a year. We just want to confort him till its time to put him down. when he is on his meds he is fine but when he is off he breaths hard and chokes alot. They just want to soak more money out of me. they dont care
