Very caring staff.They cared for my older cat and tried to help her. My female dog was fixed there and my other cat went and was groomed. I'm very satisfied and feel Dr. Young truly cares about animals.

We believe this vet, and Animal ER of Southwest Florida are responsible for our dog's death. Both clinics are owned by Dr. Bogert, who administered a drug to our dog on several occasions that the handbook of vet medicine says not to give to that breed. When we questioned Dr. Young at NCAC she hung up on us 3 times, and Dr. Bogert refused to return any of our calls. 3 days after the surgery performed by Dr. Bogert, and due to the wrong medicines being used, our dog had to be put down. We were left with no dog, and a $5000 bill.
