I have been taking all 3 of my dogs to Norco AH for 8 years. They are very efficient and care for my friends. I have a special little cocker spaniel that has some health problems and I am thankful to have Dr Carrillo to take her to.

I've been to so many different vets in chino hills but has been dissatisfy with their services and knowledge. But a friend of mine recommended me to Norco animal hospital and I absolutely LOVE it. First of all, its not to far from chino hills, price is very reasonable, and the hospital offers ALL the services you can think of. AND they are open 7 days a week. Also the staff at the hospital were very friendly and very helpful. They also have a low cost vaccinations every other saturday which I take advantage of. I got my dog nutered there. The hospital itself is very big and i feel that all the staff and doctors were very professional and I knew my dogs were in good hands. I am VERY satisfy with the hospital and those of you that is looking for a good vet, this is the place to go :))

We took our cats and dogs here for many years and, for the most part, were pleased w/the adequate care given them. However, last year when we took our very sick Havanese puppy in, we were given a bad diagnosis and felt as though we were also given "the brush off" by Dr. Smith and his staff. Long story short, after she was given meds and released to us, we wound up taking her to the VCA All-Care specialty hospital in Fountain Valley. Unfortunately, she ended up dying less than 3 weeks after we were told by Dr. Smith she only had a case of gastroenteritis. In reality, she had pancreatitis, elevated bile acids and a very compromised liver. Norco Animal Hospital/Dr. Smith never ran any blood tests on her nor did they even suggest it. VCA did it immediately.
I do not recommend this facility at all.

My family has taken all of our cats and dogs here. They have diagnosed and treated our pets well.
