Avoid this place at all COST! I had talked with them at 8:55 am today (Monday, Feb. 24,2020) and They TOLD me that Sedation and Nail trimming was DONE, We had discussed the charges and They told me $175.00 at that point, I said Okay, then waiting for the Doctor to do exams on my dog.
At 1:43 PM today , I received a Text from Colleen stating the charge would be $378.97. I called back and spoke with Colleen.
She revised the pricing to $163.00 then i said "ok go ahead" ,At that time, They told me Nail and sedation was NOT done. 5 Min later,TEXTING ME , to call and be prepared to SPEND more money. and I said NO Services at all NOT interested in playing games with crazy fees . Colleen replied Stating TOO LATE. WHAT are they trying to do by running their BUSINESS this way! LYING to their customers etc..
They do NOT know HOW to honor STRAIGHT up pricing, They CHOSE to PLAY games with numbers hoping i would fall in their numbers game.
I will NOT do any business with them

Dr. McCain was very friendly and up front with us-the staff was very nice also. We are snowbirds so we needed a vet here in Florida and All Care came highly recommended Thank you for all the help and info.
