I brought my cat there traumatized and paralyzed. Suffice it o say I got bad advice (wait 48 hours), and worse care. Get this and the vet refused to do any consults (begged her three times) with local hospitals (they waited all day for a return call from Pensacola). She said “no vet in the world will do anything other than give her steroids and observe for 48 hours. When I asked for a referral to Auburn, they took all day to get the cat ready and then didn’t even give me copies of the x-rays to take with me. They billed me unfairly for the treatment. Bottom Line: never take your pet there if you love them and they are seriously injured. Auburn said they needed immediate surgery in order to avoid permanent paralysis (the pet now is)—the window is less than 48 hours. Big mistake!
