I took Puffy to the Aycok Clinic. Doctor Borrero and crew took the time to heard our needs. This is an A+ Clinic. We LOVE AYCOCK

This facility is among the worst in prompt service. I once waited for an hour to receive the results of a urine analysis that should have taken five minutes. No one even informed me what was happening and why I was waiting. THe Vet left the room I was in and said she would be right back and returned an hour later. They find ways to unneccessarily charge for services that are not needed. I have been going to Aycock for several years because it is near my home but I have decided to switch over to a different clinic. There have just been too many unhappy appointments.

I have taken my pets (cats) to Aycock for years. I will never take my pets to another vet. The doctor and his staff are the best.
