I came here to get my pet neutered as part of the SNIP program.I made the appointment on Mon, the appointment was Wed.No long waits in advance which was good.I am disappointed in the fact that they KNOW you are part of the program, yet they will upsell you things without your knowledge while your pet is getting services, and charge you when you return to get your pet.In this case it was flea medicine $20.Before you go in the vet upsells the dental cleaning $25.Had I known this prior, I would have waited for the Bravecto in the mail before making the appointment, and said no to the dental cleaning on my 2yr old dog.Now I'm out an extra $45, for something that wasn't suppose to cost a penny!Nice people, but the lack of respect for low-income pets is uncanny.Try to give patients information prior to their appointments so they don't spend money they don't have, and if they said no on the signed form, don't pressure them into doing unnecessary procedures to squeeze the money out of them.
