Emergently saw my dog, and she wasnt an established patient. Very attentive. Provided me with lab results over the phone a few hours after the appointment with further instructions. Pleasant, kind, and knowledgable

Dr. Bob has done amazing things that helped our animals. He's always been there with kind, encouraging ideas to help solve challenges. He shows true compassion & caring for animals and their owners also.

My spayed cat came back into heat again. He has been made aware of the issue. Other vets cover their mistakes when missing some tissue, aka the second surgery to correct is no charge. He isn't and says its a common thing when its not. I had a better opinion of him then this, surprised!

I was send there by referral and must I say I will not go back...he had quiet session going with whom I am assuming was his daughter...very unprofessional. The kids was worst than any typical teenager no manners no respect to client..I am sorry so say that! Is he running teen rehab center and day care or a vet clinic.
as good as he may be I will not go back to him to treat my pet. May be he should leave his family at home and start running a professional vet service.

Dr. Fetherston and staff are the most caring, respectful, most knowledgeable people in the animal health feild in the Windsor area. They undertand that your pets are more than just animals and care for them like they are your own children. They are reasonably priced and you do not have to wait weeks for a appointment. If you have an emergency they will arrange to see you (or advise you over the phone) right away. When our beloved cat was sick Dr. Fetherston did all he could for her and us, and when the time came to say goodbye, he made it very peaceful and did all he could to make sure our experience with loosing a pet was taken serisously. The whole staff is caring, loving and so great with everyone (furry or human) that comes through it's doors. I recommend this place 1000%! They are the best!!!

I have been going to this vet for 13 years now. He is always right on with diagnosis for my animals, does not cheat the clients, and offers a variety of services at a decent price. He is very personable, he knows my kids names, ages, what they are doing in their lives and also handles our animals with love and paitience. The staff is friendly, caring, and very energetic. I could not say any more great things about this place. 10 stars in my book!
