Took stray female cat in which I had for a little over a year for front declaw and spay. Dr. performed surgery without 1st performing ultrasound, only to find out cat had already been spay. Yet, they still charged for surgery, and actually wanted to charge more claiming it took extra time. The doctor was arrogant, and defensive, and obiviously not interested in reaching a satisfactory arrangement. His statement was that they don't have time to do ultrasounds on every female cat that comes in. When asked if he'd perform a hysterectomy on a lady if he was a "real" (human) doctor, and not a vet, without doing an ultrasound, he would not reply. Truly says something about character huh? Do yourselves a big favor, stay away from this animal hospital - find someone else.
