Dr. Remund must have gone into the business for the money, because he sure didn't do it because he likes animals! Has the personality of a zombie, and handles animals like boxes of dry cereal. He seems to have a problem getting a correct diagnosis. He put my 14-yo cat through bladder surgery just to find she didn't have a bladder problem. Then he "wasn't there" (probably hiding) to explain why this happened, left it to the tech. It took 2 wks for her to recover, and I was still charged full price. Do your pet a real favor and go somewhere else. If you think he's cheaper, ask yourself WHY.

Because we took our German Shepherd here for a stomach ache. Dr. Remund talked us in to keeping her over night after telling him she had never been away from us in 9 years. Against our better judgement we left her there to die in the hands of this monster the next morning. No compassion, He didn't care at all. He didn't even call. Keopt her over night to make more money on X-Rays the next morning where she died while having them. No diagnosis. We requested the blood test results, and we do not understand them. He has a bad bedside manner and if we would not have taken our beautiful friend there, She would still be with us. Be careful. I have not taken any animals to Dr. Bowers so I cannot say how she is. But he is horrible. She is gone because we left her in his hands. :-(

I would never think of going to any other vet than this one! the lady's at the front desk always have smiles on there face and treat everyone that walks though the doors the exact same as the person before them. I gave them a 1 on punctuality due to the fact that Doctor Remund has a problem with being on time to his morning appointments. I would strongly recommend Doctor Bower as she is always on time and very friendly and easy to understand when it comes to understanding what the issue is with your pet. Overall A+++ from me to everyone at this clinic! Keep up the great work!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service and the doctor there could care less about my animals. Hated it. Never. Trust them or go here. He didn't even explain what was wrong with my cara ears and didn't even do a check up on my dog. Just gave them shots a gave them medication for me to give my cat which didn't work after all. Tool them to different clinic where I actually got to talk to a vet and got them medicine they needed. This place should be closed down.

treated our dog without pushing additional work. sent a very sympathetic card after we lost our dog.

Dr.Bower at this place just wants money before she cares or treats your pet. emotionally manipulative by saying("If you don't pay this amount you don't love your pet")

The staff is so nice...they are really friendly and i love them better than my old veterinarian!
